Free introductory session

Finding the right therapist is often daunting, particularly if you feel vulnerable. If what you have read here appeals to you, please phone me to arrange an introductory session.

In this initial free session, you can get a sense of how you would feel working with me. We will discuss what you are seeking to get from therapy and how I might support you in this as well as sorting out practical issues

Sessions

I offer weekly one-to-one counselling / psychotherapy /supervision sessions to adults.  The therapy sessions are primarily weekly  and  last one hour. I see clients for both short and long term work and offer sessions in person or ZOOM.

Fees

Free introductory session.   £50 per hour session for therapy/counselling/supervision-  some reduced rate spaces.
